Three Protein Recipes Under 300 Calories

Peanut Butter Caramel Cookie

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

2 TBSP raw oats

1 TBSP Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow Protein

1 TBSP peanut butter

1 TBSP water

1/8 tsp baking soda

1 stevia packet

½ TBSP caramel bits

DIRECTIONS

1. Grind the oats into a flour. You can use a magic bullet or other small blender. It should be a fine texture.

2. Mix the oat flour with the remaining ingredients until a thick cookie dough forms. 

3. Spray a baking tray with nonstick spray. 

4. Roll up your cookie dough and lightly press it onto the baking tray. 

5. Bake at 350 F for 7-8 minutes, until lightly browned. 

6. Let cool 3 minutes, then enjoy

Red Velvet Cannolis

INGREDIENTS

Serves 1

1 low carb high fiber tortilla

2.5 oz plain greek yogurt (1/2 single container) 

½ scoop Red Velvet Cellucor Protein

1 TBSP coconut flour 

1 stevia packet

DIRECTIONS

1. First, prepare the cannoli shell. To do this, cut your tortilla in half. 

2. Roll each half up, securing with a toothpick so that they keep their shape when they bake. Bake at 350 F for 5-8 minutes, until lightly browned.

3. While the shells are baking, make the filling. Mix the greek yogurt, protein powder, coconut flour, and stevia. 

4. Once the shells have baked, let cool 5 minutes. Remove the toothpicks, and stuff with your red velvet filling. 

5. Enjoy now, or feel free to top with coolwhip!

Protein Cereal Bars

INGREDIENTS

Serves 2

1 TBSP peanut butter

3 TBSP sugar free syrup

½ scoop Peanut Butter Marshmallow Cellucor Protein

1 cup cereal 

DIRECTIONS

1. In a medium bowl, mix your peanut butter, syrup, and protein powder.

2. Once mixed evenly, add in your cereal. Lightly stir the bowl until the cereal is coated. 

3. Shape your mixture into two bars, or use a preferred baking mold to shape the bars for you. Freeze for 1 hour. 

4. Remove from the freezer, the enjoy!
